Aldervick collects only the information needed to assess and deliver a project, with public intake kept separate from project-file transfer.

What the website will collect
The enquiry form asks for professional contact details, business/agency name, service required, approximate project scale, timing, budget band where supplied, project description and whether representative files are available.
The public form will not accept file uploads, passwords, payment-card information or customer/order datasets.
Why it is used
Enquiry information will be used to assess project fit, respond to the enquiry, prepare scope and pricing where appropriate, prevent abuse of the form, and maintain necessary records of a commercial relationship.
Who processes it
The website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify processes website requests and project-enquiry form submissions, applies spam filtering and stores verified submissions so Aldervick can review and respond to them. Email notifications may be sent to Aldervick's Microsoft 365 mailbox. Additional project-file providers will be disclosed if and when they are introduced.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are intended to be deleted after 90 days from the end of the conversation. Project working files are intended to be deleted 30 days after accepted final handoff unless a different period is agreed. Contracts, invoices and other records may be retained longer where needed for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.
International processing
Some infrastructure providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection transfer rules apply, Aldervick will rely on the provider's applicable contractual transfer mechanism and will keep the processor choice under review.
Analytics and marketing
No advertising trackers are planned. Privacy-conscious traffic measurement may be enabled for commercial testing; if a technology requires non-essential cookies or similar storage, the consent mechanism and notice will be updated before it is used.

You may have rights under UK data-protection law including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, depending on the circumstances. You can contact Aldervick using the details above and may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
