Terms

Clear scope before commitment.

These website terms explain how the Aldervick site and enquiry process work. Paid project work is governed by a separate written scope and project terms accepted before work starts.

Website information

Service descriptions, examples, demonstrations, indicative pricing and turnaround information are provided to help prospective business customers assess fit. They are not a binding offer and may change as service scope, pricing and delivery standards are refined.

Demonstrations and technical evidence

Where examples use synthetic or internal validation data, they are labelled accordingly. Illustrative figures are not represented as factual project results.

Project enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract and does not commit either side to proceed. Aldervick may request clarification, decline work outside scope, or require representative files through an agreed transfer route before quoting.

Quotes and project work

A project starts only after the parties agree a written scope, price, payment terms and the applicable project terms. The written project scope controls the agreed inputs, work, deliverables, exclusions and acceptance criteria.

Intellectual property

Website content and Aldervick branding may not be copied or represented as another business's work. Rights in paid project deliverables are dealt with in the project terms and written scope.

External links and availability

The website may link to third-party services. Aldervick does not control their availability or content. The website may also be changed, withdrawn or temporarily unavailable without notice.
